Business Hours and Availability

PW2 Web is open for business weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET (US). Evening and weekend hours can be arranged with advance notice.

E-mail and phone calls will be responded to within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. If you have sent an e-mail or left a voice mail message and have not received a response within those time frames, please re-send and/or call Rick at 440.942.3943.

Web hosting support is available by phone or e-mail during business hours and e-mail during off hours and weekends. Please allow 24-hour response time for e-mail support.

U.S. and Canada West Coast, Alaska, Hawaii and international non-Western Hemisphere customers can make special arrangements for consultation and support by e-mailing rick@pw2web.com.
